Section 8 Preservation Project 

Acquisition of Eastwood Square by King County Housing Authority preserved long-term affordability of Section 8 housing with a soon-to-expire contract. ARCH has established a high priority for Section 8 preservation projects. Project based Section 8 is one of the few forms of housing on the Eastside that can serve very low income households.

Family & Special Needs Housing

Eastwood Square is a 48-unit complex located in Bellevue. Fourteen of the units are 3-bedroom units for larger families, which is an area of high need in Eastside King County.
