Senior Assisted Living

Evergreen Court is the first senior assisted living project funded by ARCH. Dash (Downtown Action to Save Housing) and Shelter Resources, Inc. partnered to redevelop this older assisted living development. Residents receive a range of services including meals, housekeeping, and social programs. Limited on-site medical assistance is provided.

Households Served

Twenty units are market rate; 54 units are affordable to residents at 60% and 50% of Area Median Income; 10 units are affordable to Medicaid residents.
